Development Manager

A growing real estate development organization is seeking a Development Manager to support the planning, budgeting, and execution of residential development projects throughout South Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from early-stage planning through construction while collaborating with senior leadership, consultants, and construction partners. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and execution of residential development projects Support predevelopment activities including budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project planning Prepare and analyze project budgets, cost estimates, and development schedules Review construction drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies throughout the development process Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance Assist with contractor procurement, bid evaluations, and contract administration Oversee construction of project-related facilities and support project execution efforts Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, preconstruction, estimating, or project management Strong understanding of construction budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project execution Experience with multifamily, condominium, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for an opportunity to broaden your impact, gain exposure to the full development lifecycle, and work on high-profile residential projects, we'd like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
