Marketing Activation Strategist

Location: Princeton, NJ Duration: 12 months (Contract to Hire) Key Objectives: Must be driven by people and results. A proven marketing strategist with a focus on omni channel marketing campaign activation. This person will employ both entrepreneurial skills to implement new ideas and approaches, and also utilize their skills as a consensus builder who is comfortable with ambiguity. This person will work with teams Globally, and in each major region (NA, Europe, APA) to "localize" and create a marketing activation plan of the Global Marketing campaign assets, with the goal of delivering a strong ROI for the business unit/region being supported.

• Partner with local marketing business partners to ensure localization of Global Campaign assets
• Recommend, map and present campaign strategy and estimated costs to the Global Campaign Leaders and marketing business partners
• Create a holistic campaign amplification strategy and ensure execution through Com verticals
• Conduct follow-up meetings and liaise with team members to ensure campaign alignment
• Provide feedback and approval to the creative team, to ensure all content and assets align with campaign strategy and brief objectives
• Leverage existing content library to execute new strategies with a quick turnaround
• Work closely with the creative team on concepts and creative, ensuring alignment with the global campaign objectives and strategy
• Assist in steering external agencies/vendors to ensure alignment and proper execution of marketing assets created for campaigns
• Ensure coordination and alignment among all components of multi-channel marketing campaigns while focusing on the user journey and experience
• Focus on data and leverages analytics to continually evaluate what's working and what isn't to enhance future strategies and campaigns.
• Continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize content

Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field, MBA a plus. Marketing/Communications/Business or other related area. 5+ years of marketing experience. Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships throughout the organization. Results-oriented. Data-driven decision maker. Balanced right-brain and left-brain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Insurance industry experience a plus Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt between activities that call for higher creativity and those that prioritize organization and clarity Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines.
