Role Description This full-time Key Account Manager role is a hybrid position based in Sonoma, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key retail and distributor accounts in the Natural, Organic, and Specialty categories. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing account plans, monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating promotions and category initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and supplier partners, presenting business reviews, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will also track market trends, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations that support GRM’s sales and marketing objectives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage strategic customers and drive long-term relationships. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast performance, and develop effective sales strategies. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of support. Relevant experience in consumer packaged goods, particularly Natural, Organic, or Specialty products, is highly beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting platforms; comfort working in a hybrid environment.
