Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and conducting individual sessions with each partner to address relational dynamics.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each family and guide them toward improved communication and understanding.

• Utilizing telemedicine tools to provide flexible care options to clients, ensuring continuity of care regardless of location.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately in our digital health management systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will encompass diverse populations, including adults and children. You will address a range of complex issues, such as adjustment to life transitions, dealing with grief or loss, and improving communication within families. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate challenges like job stress, blended family dynamics, and conflicts arising from separations and divorces. Your contributions will directly support individuals and families in achieving long-lasting behavioral and emotional health improvements.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must hold the following qualifications:
