Work Environment

This position is based onsite within the comfort of our patients' homes, allowing you to establish meaningful connections while conducting therapy sessions. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured environment conducive to both patient care and personal work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their individual rehabilitation needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes, focusing on restoring motion through targeted exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and cost-effective treatments to maximize patient outcomes while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications that enhance overall health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and achieve shared goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each session to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and empowering environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on outpatient clients needing physical therapy to recover from various orthopedic issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other mobility impairments. You will work closely with a diverse group of patients, tailoring your approaches to match their unique circumstances. Through your knowledge and compassion, you will help enhance their functional abilities and promote independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license with a clean history, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in multiple manual therapy modalities and a strong background in developing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software solutions, such as Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• A comprehensive understanding of current physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a home care setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in treating orthopedic conditions and managing diverse patient populations.
• Proven ability to engage patients effectively and promote adherence to rehabilitation protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
