Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews with clients to understand their mental health status.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing clients with coping strategies and therapeutic tools to address their challenges.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimum outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. You will adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, leveraging cultural competence to ensure effective treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a related role, demonstrating expertise in mental health treatment modalities.

• A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders, clinical concepts, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficient in delivering culturally responsive therapy and demonstrating awareness of social and cultural factors affecting mental health.

• Established crisis intervention skills, with a proven ability to manage difficult situations with composure and empathy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in computer applications relevant to telehealth service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
