Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Perform detailed evaluations of patients presenting with chronic pain conditions. This includes reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and evaluating pain levels using standardized assessment tools.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with healthcare providers to create personalized pain management plans for patients. You will utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including medication management, physical therapy, and interventional procedures.
• Patient Education: Actively educate patients regarding their chronic pain conditions and available treatment options. Empower patients by teaching them pain management techniques that foster engagement in their health journey.
• Procedural Assistance: Provide support during pain management procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections. Ensure the highest levels of patient comfort and safety during all interventions.
• Follow-up Care: Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, revise treatment plans as necessary, and offer continual support and counseling to foster positive patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals experiencing chronic pain from various conditions, including but not limited to arthritis, fibromyalgia, post-surgical pain, and neuropathic pain. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
