Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing acute and chronic pain, applying clinical judgment to identify underlying causes and suitable treatment options.
• Formulate and implement individualized pain management plans, integrating various therapeutic approaches including pharmacological treatments, physical rehabilitation, and alternative therapies to address unique patient needs.
• Perform interventional procedures as part of treatment protocols, ensuring procedures are done with precision and compliance to best practice standards.
• Educate patients and their families about pain management techniques, providing support and resources to foster self-care and informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using the specified Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring documentation meets compliance regulations and promotes continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to optimize patient treatment plans and improve overall patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population experiencing various degrees of pain, with particular attention to underserved groups within the community. Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner certification and state nursing license are required.

Compensation and Benefits
