Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ psychological needs and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Provide high-quality evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches to promote personal growth.

• Set and monitor specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Utilize our teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions, accommodating clients facing accessibility challenges or who prefer online therapy.

• Keep meticulous and accurate records of client progress and communication to ensure compliance with ethical standards and guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and peer consultations, to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Through a compassionate approach, you will support clients in navigating their personal journeys, helping them build skills for coping and resilience, and fostering a therapeutic environment where they feel safe and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to manage a variable caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, applicants with a background in telehealth or remote counseling settings will be highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and experience working with diverse populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive salaries, our organization offers:
