Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnoses for clients, utilizing standardized tools, interviews, and observational techniques to gather meaningful insights into patient conditions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are regularly evaluated and modified based on progress and feedback, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. This might include facilitating therapy sessions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case notes, in compliance with state laws and NCQA standards. Ensure that records remain confidential and are updated regularly to reflect client progress.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to assess needs for psychotropic medication, enhancing integrated care and optimizing treatment outcomes for patients.

• Engage in staff meetings to collaborate on treatment selection, program developments, and evaluation to promote continuous improvement within our service offerings.

• Supervise and mentor Post-Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed, provided supervisory coursework has been completed.

• Offer families of clients support and education regarding treatment protocols, enhancing adherence and understanding of the therapeutic process at the client's request.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes adults and children facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, previous experience in a community health setting or similar clinical environment is desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and a strong understanding of integrated care models will be beneficial to candidates.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
