Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish and document clients' mental health statuses, identifying areas for intervention.

• Tailor therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions virtually, providing support, guidance, and coping strategies tailored to individual client needs.

This role involves working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice as a mental health professional.

Compensation and Benefits\n
