Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities Look up and retrieve specific employee records/data in ADP based on requests from the payroll team Organize and format retrieved data into clear, usable spreadsheets (Excel) Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness before delivery Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation data Perform basic data entry and file organization as needed Assist with sorting and labeling payroll documents/records Communicate clearly with payroll team members regarding status of requests Assist payroll with various projects as assigned Provide general administrative support to the payroll team as needed Requirements 1-2 years of experience Prior hands-on experience using ADP or a similar payroll/HRIS system Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
