Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Retreat, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential setting for clients.
\n
• Assessing clients’ unique needs through thorough evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
\n
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective healing.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive, integrated care, including case conferences and treatment planning meetings.
\n
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of client interactions, progress updates, and treatment outcomes in line with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. You will work with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, which requires a strong commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.
\n
• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services in a mental health setting.
\n
• Proven ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a range of mental health disorders and presenting concerns.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
