Peace-Filled Mental and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote outpatient office setting, providing flexibility and the convenience necessary for both therapists and their clients. Working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will have a structured schedule that allows for dedicated therapeutic sessions while also creating space for case consultations and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Assessing clients' mood disorder symptoms, evaluating their severity and duration to inform treatment plans.

• Collaboratively designing individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and preferences, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, self-care practices, and available treatment options.
\n
• Continuously monitoring and documenting client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Staying current with research and advancements in the field to enhance treatment efficacy.
\n
• Maintaining thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings, professional development sessions, and case consultations to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Advocating for client needs and mental health awareness within and outside the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
