Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students and their families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and challenges related to academic pressures, mental health concerns, and personal challenges.

• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and the multidisciplinary educational team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide varied therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group therapy, based on assessed needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate discharge planning for students concluding their therapy and ensure a smooth transition back to academic life or into further care services if required.

• Engage actively with educational staff, parents, and community resources to coordinate the best possible outcomes for students.

• Deliver educational workshops and training sessions to faculty and staff regarding mental health awareness, resources, and crisis management strategies.
