Principal Growth Marketer

Overview Principal Growth Marketer – Blackbaud Agents For Good. Design and execute innovative growth programs that improve customer acquisition and drive revenue for nonprofits. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and execute growth programs to generate qualified pipeline and revenue. Translate broad concepts into structured, measurable initiatives using integrated marketing channels (email, webinars, paid media, social media, AI‑driven channels). Innovate and experiment: develop hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data. Build and maintain KPIs and reporting templates to track success against objectives; provide regular updates to stakeholders on metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and qualified pipeline. Collaborate closely in a pod‑like structure with product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media teams for seamless execution. Required Qualifications 7+ years of growth marketing or related experience with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Qlik, and Excel for data interpretation. Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests that deliver measurable improvements. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment and influence stakeholders without formal authority. Customer‑centric mindset: obsessive about understanding customer psychology and translating insights into actionable strategies. Results‑oriented mindset with a deep understanding of ROI and a passion for aggressive goal‑setting. Compensation The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00, adjusted based on qualifications, market value, and other considerations.
