Desktop Technician
Richmond Public Schools
Richmond Public Schools is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide Tier I technical support, remotely and on-site, for staff and students. You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while documenting everything in the ticketing system. This role requires an associate degree (IT-related preferred) and likely certifications like A+, Network+, or Google IT Support. A valid driver’s license is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
