While the majority of client interactions will be conducted virtually, you will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary outpatient team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, adjusting techniques as needed based on individual progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and security of patient information.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, focusing on a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
