Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and collaborate to establish and achieve tailored treatment goals.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.

• Create, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans ensuring they are regularly updated in response to client progress.

• Coordinate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure a holistic approach is taken care of in client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage a caseload effectively, prioritizing client needs and scheduling sessions to maximize engagement and support.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical supervision, contributing to the clinic’s environment and culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of various backgrounds and ages, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients who seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. By leveraging your therapeutic skills, you will contribute to their journey towards healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully licensed LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Texas.

• At least one (1) year of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating a foundational knowledge of psychological principles and therapy modalities.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources, enabling effective referrals and comprehensive client care.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills designed to foster strong rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to lead with empathy, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
