Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering rapport and building trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress, discussing stability, and planning for future appointments and discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans designed to meet each client's unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client interaction to support ongoing treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' needs and formulate initial therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, addressing a range of mental health concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, in addition to productivity bonuses that recognize your efforts and achievements.
