Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, developing customized treatment plans that align with each individual’s goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual, group, and family settings to address an array of mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
