Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through initial telehealth consultations to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish a foundation for ongoing therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group sessions, to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that specify measurable goals and preferred therapeutic methods unique to each client’s circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring prompt support and resources for clients facing acute mental health issues.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, and equip them with coping strategies and local community resources to support their recovery and ongoing wellness.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Miracle Pathways Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
