This position is entirely remote and operates from a telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule. Our practice is dedicated to providing a supportive work-life balance and is open for business Monday through Saturday. Clinicians are encouraged to express their professional autonomy while benefiting from in-house credentialing and seamless management of insurance participation and scheduling, collectively ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a variety of clients including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster successful treatment outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate clear communication with interdisciplinary teams, effectively documenting assessments and treatment plans and engaging in meetings such as patient rounds to ensure coordinated care.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to create comprehensive care strategies.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice by completing documentation in a timely manner, adhering to departmental guidelines.

• Regularly assess and address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approach will be crucial. You will be responsible for applying your expertise in diverse settings, ensuring that every client receives the individualized care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience delivering therapeutic services in an outpatient setting is required.

• Willingness to commit to working between 5 to 40 hours a week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.

• Expertise in delivering cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other clinically effective treatment modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
