Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical intervention and support to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Facilitate assessments, counseling sessions, and therapy, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that outline access to necessary services and coordinate communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and contribute to team objectives focused on improving client outcomes.

• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality while adhering to professional guidelines and legal regulations.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate support and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Monitor progress and efficacy of therapeutic interventions, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of client interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
