Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to understand each client’s mental health issues, strengths, and available support resources, ensuring a holistic view of the individual.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, either individually or in group settings.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate client's personal goals while aligning with best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless care and comprehensive service delivery for all clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute mental health distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflect ongoing treatment progress.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational programs, and support groups to promote community engagement and shared experiences among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve connecting with diverse clients including those grappling with depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. At the Hospice Center, you will provide support not only to clients but also to their families, guiding them through complex emotional and psychological landscapes associated with terminal illness and grief.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure to practice in Georgia.

• Minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in psychosocial practices.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques and a strong understanding of best practices in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that enhance therapeutic relationships and client trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n
