Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services via telehealth to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, ensuring effective assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to implement integrated care plans that encompass the full range of client needs.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs accurately, arranging for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Maintain a manageable caseload with the appropriate focus on individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to encompass client feedback and needs.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts and offer immediate support to clients as situations arise.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring that all data submissions and reporting are completed in a timely manner.

• Participate actively in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and fostering an environment of continuous learning.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as per the assigned schedule.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
