Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other clinical tools to diagnose mental health conditions, ensuring a well-rounded approach to treatment and care.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, employing therapeutic interventions and strategies that align with established mental health diagnoses, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient feedback and outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain precise clinical documentation, including treatment records and progress notes, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental protocols to facilitate seamless care coordination.

• Engage collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive and attainable treatment objectives, ensuring that all parties understand and contribute to the patient’s care strategy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
