Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, foster interprofessional collaboration, and ensure cohesive care across therapeutic disciplines.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in social work practice, pursuing opportunities for professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer-reviewed literature.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At There is Hope Recovery Clinic, our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, often facing complex emotional and socio-environmental challenges. You will work primarily with individuals experiencing end-of-life issues, as well as support families navigating grief and loss. Our approach centers on providing culturally competent care that respects each client's unique circumstances and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license issued by the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy with individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality, with the ability to navigate complex social work dilemmas.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly within hospice or acute care environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:
