Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate identification of concerns and the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families. Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Work closely with a team of professionals to deliver coordinated care; your insights will inform the collaborative approach to treatment addressing complex mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, exhibiting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with a diverse client base from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain thorough documentation and manage multiple client needs efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
