Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. While our primary service model is remote, you will also have access to an outpatient office space for client meetings if needed. This hybrid approach provides flexibility while fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients. You will work within a supportive and interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, documenting treatment progress, and ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and advocate for clients’ needs and rights.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision, steadily enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our client-focused approach is designed to provide culturally competent care that respects and understands the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Your insights will be instrumental in fostering resilience in clients navigating life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Must be appropriately licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a deep understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.

• Possess a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members effectively.

• Show a commitment to ethical practice and professional development in the field of mental health.

• Prior experience in group therapy settings is beneficial, although not essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health issues.

• Experience in crisis intervention and knowledge of crisis management protocols.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technology is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
