About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and can keep executives focused by handling details behind the scenes. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Latin America , supporting a US-based team . About the Client We are a growing, process-driven organization supporting leadership teams across operations, sales, and customer experience. The company values clear communication, accountability, and systems that scale. This role plays a critical part in keeping leadership organized and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across time zones Handle inbox management, email triage, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership Prepare agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and action items Assist with document creation, data entry, reporting, and light research Coordinate internal workflows, reminders, and task follow-through Support operational projects, special initiatives, and ad-hoc requests Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems Reliable internet connection and professional home setup Tools You May Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Slack or similar team communication tools Project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, or similar) Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) Work Schedule Aligned with US business hours (night shift for LATAM candidates) Full-time or part-time availability depending on fit and business needs What Success Looks Like Executives stay focused on high-impact work Schedules are organized, inboxes are under control, and nothing slips through the cracks Tasks are anticipated, not just assigned Communication is clear, timely, and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr Hey Lieu
