Vendor Relations Specialist

Supporting vendor relationships, the full-time Vendor Relations Specialist will manage day-to-day vendor activities, track performance, and resolve issues while maintaining governance documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Montvale, NJ. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned vendor activities and coordinate meetings and follow-ups Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying trends and supporting corrective action plans Track and resolve vendor issues, maintaining organized documentation and facilitating communication with stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant education and experience 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Basic analytical and reporting skills
