Role Objective

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations in the Odoo ERP system.
* Maintain accurate financial records and integrity of accounting data.
* Support accounts payable, receivable, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
* Assist with month-end and year-end activities.
* Contribute to process improvements in accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

* Odoo ERP Accounting Management:

- Oversee daily accounting operations in Odoo.

- Maintain accurate records and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and workflows.

* Accounts Payable Management: 

- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately.

- Reconcile statements and monitor outstanding obligations.

* Accounts Receivable Management: 

- Create and manage customer invoices.

- Support collections and resolve account disputes.

* Bookkeeping & Financial Reconciliation: 

- Maintain general ledger records and perform reconciliations.

- Assist in financial close activities and ensure audit readiness.

* Financial Data Entry & Reporting: 

- Enter transactions accurately and maintain records.

- Generate financial reports and support data integrity.

* Administrative & Team Support:

- Collaborate with remote team members on projects.

- Contribute to improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
* Hands-on Odoo ERP Accounting experience (required).
* Proficient in accounts payable and receivable procedures.
* Strong data entry skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment.
* Knowledge of ERP implementations or process improvements.
