Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resource availability.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing cutting-edge evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans outlining specific goals and therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, integrating efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies for each client.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary; develop safety plans that support clients in high-risk situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, contributing to community engagement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
