Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a wide variety of client demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By utilizing virtual platforms for counseling, you will have the opportunity to reach underserved populations in Augusta, Georgia, and beyond, removing barriers to accessing mental health support due to geographic and mobility limitations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that allows for telehealth practices.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health counseling principles and therapy techniques.

• Demonstrated skills in telehealth platforms and technology, including EHR systems, to facilitate client engagement and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
