Equity and Executive Compensation Manager

Reporting to Sr Director of Compensation, you will provide analytical, consulting, and administrative support for executivecompensationprogramsalignedwiththeCompany'sTotalRewardsstrategy.Youwillsupportlong-termincentiveplans,executiveandBoardofDirectorscompensationprograms,equityadministration,andHumanResourcesCommitteematerials.ATasteofYourResponsibilitiesAdviseHumanResourcespartners,leaders,andkeystakeholdersonexecutivecompensationprograms,paydecisions,andcompensationpolicies.Supportthedesign,implementation,andadministrationofexecutivecompensationprograms,includinglong-termincentives,BoardofDirectorscompensation,anddeferredcompensationplans.PrepareandanalyzeHumanResourcesCommitteematerials,compensationrecommendations,andproxydisclosures.Administerexecutivecompensationandequityprograms,includinggrants,vesting,reporting,andparticipantsupport.PartnerwithHumanResources,Payroll,Accounting,Legal,Finance,andexternalvendorstoensurecompliantandeffectiveprogramexecution.Analyzecompensationprogramsandrecommendenhancementsbasedonmarketpractices,governancerequirements,andbusinessobjectives.Developexecutivecompensationanalytics,benchmarking,pay-for-performanceanalyses,andcostmodels.Leadorsupportcompensation-relatedprojects,processimprovements,andannualcompensationcycles.IngredientsRequiredforYourSuccessBachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,Business,Finance,orrelatedfield.Minimum5yearsofexperienceinexecutivecompensation,equitycompensation,orarelatedfield.Comprehensiveknowledgeofexecutivecompensationpractices,equityplans,andregulatoryrequirements.Demonstratedanalyticalexpertisewithexperienceinterpretingcomplexdataandprovidinginsights.ExperiencesupportingBoardorcommitteematerialsandproxydisclosurespreferred.AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandPowerPoint.ExperiencewithHumanResourcesInformationSystemsandequityadministrationplatformssuchasWorkday.Excellentcommunication,collaboration,andrelationship-buildingskills.Exceptionalorganizationalskillswithexperiencemanagingmultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.Demonstrateddiscretioninhandlingsensitiveandconfidentialinformation.PhysicalRequirementsNotapplicable.Thisroledoesnotrequireregularvisitstomanufacturingfacilities.NumberofDaysinOffice:3#LI-Hybrid#LI-MH1#LI-MSLCompensation Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
