Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Develop tailored therapeutic exercises, movement strategies, and rehabilitation programs that reflect each patient's unique goals and requirements.
• Provide hands-on treatment using various manual therapy techniques, such as soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilizations, to enhance functional mobility.
• Educate patients on exercise regimens, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to promote ongoing wellness and relapse prevention.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to maintain comprehensive patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Devise and implement evidence-based interventions that emphasize non-surgical treatment options and enhance patients' quality of life.
• Maintain an optimal patient load to ensure each individual receives personalized attention, fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and implement best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for precise documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is between USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
