Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also engaging in outpatient services. Our committed team operates from a virtual platform, which fosters accessibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual meetings and consults, ensuring a unified approach to care. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implement various psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in one-on-one or group settings.

• Facilitate weekly psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with resources and community to combat common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to promote an environment of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities is essential for success in this role.

• Proven ability to perform detailed mental health assessments and create effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering therapy to individuals and groups from various backgrounds is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other basic computer software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
