Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and EMDR, to address various mental health concerns.

• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.
\n
• Document sessions accurately and maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality and data protection.
\n
• Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with developments in the field and improve therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies.
\n
• Maintain a caseload while being available for clients during at least two evenings each week and one weekend day.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our clients may present with challenges such as trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and other mental health issues, and we strive to accommodate their unique needs with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license in Illinois.
\n
• Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills for effective bilingual service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Respect for and sensitivity to clients’ cultural and personal values.
\n
• Willingness to act as an in-network provider for an insurance panel.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, those dealing with grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Training or specialization in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
