Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs, drawing from thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Short Therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and substance misuse. A strong emphasis is placed on providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and perspectives of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, along with opportunities for performance bonuses. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
