Accounts Payable Coordinator

I’m currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing Finance team at Continental Industries Group, Inc. Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate payment processing, and supporting our international operations. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers & vendors Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies Support month-end closing and reporting Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to resolve issues Assist in improving processes, automation, and controls Qualifications 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment If you or someone you know would be a great fit for this role, feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions or referrals.
