Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hopeful Steps, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your empathetic approach will support clients in navigating their unique challenges while fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
