The Healthy Life Reformation & Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient mental health team in a remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing social workers to conduct therapy sessions from a home-based setting while effectively reaching out to clients at our hospice center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and strengths, utilizing tools and frameworks that align with best practices in the field.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions informed by evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create holistic and client-centered treatment plans that address mental health needs and improve overall quality of life.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide risk assessment, safety planning, and emergency support when needed, ensuring that the well-being of all clients is prioritized.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards to ensure accountability and continuity of care.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping clients and their families with therapeutic tools and support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing the challenges of serious illnesses in a hospice setting. This diverse clientele encompasses individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief associated with terminal diagnoses, as well as their family members who require emotional and psychological support. Your work will involve promoting resilience, facilitating coping strategies, and advocating for client needs in collaboration with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
