Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, including their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques grounded in practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Fortitude Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, you will provide support to vulnerable groups, including the homeless, refugees, and domestic abuse survivors, helping them navigate their unique circumstances through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
