Position Title: Quality Control

Wage: $16.00-$20.00per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm; 3:30pm-12:00am

Ready to start a career in quality? This role offers hands-on experience inspecting products, using basic measuring tools, and ensuring parts meet company quality standards. Great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in manufacturing. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Quality Control Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Review shop routings to determine inspection requirements.

- Perform pre-inspections on parts before plating or coating.

- Verify proper gauges and inspection tools are available.

- Attach plating coupons when required.

- Check part counts, inspect for visual defects, and perform dimensional checks as needed.

- Conduct in-process inspections to verify coating thickness and appearance.

- Perform final inspections by:

- Visually inspecting parts for quality and defects.

- Checking dimensions and specifications according to routing requirements.

- Completing any required testing.

- Verifying final part counts.
