Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and characteristics of mood disorder symptoms, collaborating with clients to establish a positive therapeutic rapport.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster growth and healing among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT to practice in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
