Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, adapting approaches to meet clients' unique objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with tools and coping strategies during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and ethical documentation, adhering to legal standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated and holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
