As part of our Quality organization, you will play a key role in driving quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.What You Will Do Manage disposition and resolution of quality escapes, customer complaints, and related nonconformance activities.Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.Support returns processing, defect reduction activities, and quality performance reporting.Conduct process walks, operator observations, and facilitate cross-functional discussions to reduce nonconformances and escapes.Lead investigations of defects, work stops, and turnbacks using RRCA, RCCA, QCPC, PFMEA, and similar methodologies.Partner with Quality Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support daily production and ensure product conformity.Communicate effectively with all levels of internal leadership and external stakeholdersCollect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify risks, eliminate nonconformances, and minimize workflow disruptions.Participate in CORE activities, MRB, and daily/weekly quality clinics.Participate in new product introductions (NPI) by reviewing design documents and validating manufacturing processes.What You Will LearnIn this role, you will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of operational quality activities.
