Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing dedicated support to our patients. The team operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will engage in regular meetings, case discussions, and collaborative care planning, ensuring that each patient receives the tailored support and resources they need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider how patients' medical conditions influence their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop, execute, and adjust integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical aspects of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health conditions in individuals with co-occurring medical issues.

• Proven experience in delivering integrated care, collaborating effectively with medical professionals to promote comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
