Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track outcomes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
